Here’s an instrumental version by Italian fingerstyle guitarist [Peppino D’Agostino](https://youtu.be/-2w5PIzdUc8?t=94). It starts with something else, so I’ve cued the video to his change in tuning and segue to the movie theme. Back it up to see the whole thing, if you like, it’s pretty good.

Oh, that looks interesting. I haven’t seen it, but the subject has interested me for some time, and [I posted](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/tell-us-an-interesting-random-fact-you-stumbled-across/851674/2675) here two years ago about the sets and filming locations.

Yeah, everyone thinks the cemetery scene was filmed in Almería, in southern Spain, like the rest of the film and so many other Spaghetti Westerns, but it was actually filmed in Burgos, in northern Spain. You can tell by looking at the film, because the land is much greener.
