To that **RexDart** I say amen. If I remember correctly there was a troll called Hamburglar from about the same time. I always pictured the Grapist as some sort of demented McDonald’s character. Unless **Baker** has some special knowledge that is a monumental stretch. ---

IIRC, there was also a MayorMcCheese gimmick who went about handing posts the “keys to McDonaldsLand”. I thought that was very LOL. ---

For the record, I do know what a pun is., and it’s a pun on the word rape. Also for the record, rape is not funny, even in puns. If someone here, **RexDart** for example, likes it, that’s okay I guess. Sick, but ok. But don’t run someone else down when they make a statement about _not_ liking it. ---

**Baker** , honestly I am not trying to get into a pissing match here, I just don’t think you know or remember the history behind the Grapist. As Rex noted there were several trolls at the same time. Troll 1 - The Hamburglar - I believe he said “Robble Robble”. Troll 2 - Mayor McCheese - Handed out the keys to McDonald Land Troll 3 - The Grapist - Clearly based on Grimace. Made posts purple. You may find the above funny, you may not. They are obviously the same person causing mischief. Equally obvious, is the association with McDonald’s characters rather than rape. ---

It’s people like you who stomp into a fun thread and shit all over it with your prissy “durrr, OMG guyz I’m so offended!!!1!!1 this is NOT funny”, and parade your righteous superiority that you’re just “too good” to laugh at something, who lessen the overall value of the SDMB. Last time I checked, people pay for things that make them feel _better_, so I hope all the people shelling out their $15 are masochists, because paying to listen to the specialists at offense-taking opine their superior qualities and look down on the ignorant peons below them is punishment, pure and simple.
