Ketchup does NOT belong on hot dogs. Beans do NOT belong in chili. Overtime does NOT belong in College Football. ---

It depends on my mood, but may include any combination of mustard/ketchup/cheese/diced onion/diced tomato. I’m not a big fan of chili as a condiment, enjoy sauerkraut as a side dish, even for bratwurst but not a fan of it on hot dogs, slaw sounds interesting. I’m feeling adventurous though, and would like to try some avocado with it, I think that’d be tasty. ---

As long as the hot dog is burnt ,I am pleased. I take the one everybody else thinks is too black. Then a skinny ribbon of mustard. ---

I grew up with the West Virginia style dog, and now do some combination of mustard (spicy or no), chopped onions, chili and kraut (but not the last two together.) While I wouldn’t call using ketchup heretical, it should at least be recognized as heterodox and likely to lead to a significant time in Purgatory. 🆒 The specials at [Jimmy John’s](http://www.hollyeats.com/JimmyJohns.htm) in West Chester, PA are my favorite wieners; fat sausages with a thick natural casing that pops when you bite them. ---

I consider myself a little bit of a foodie but I like ketchup and a slice of american cheese thank you very much. I can see how mustard goes with a hotdog but it just makes me want to hurl. Kind of like how people can’t tolerate Cilantro. ---

Beans DO belong in MY chili. Leave out of yours what you like. I don’t care what’s in yours, you’re old enough to have it the way you want it. I won’t debate you about the college football overtime. I really don’t care about that one way or the other, either. ---

Mustard only on hot dogs; ketchup is for **hamburgers**. (In my case they’d both be the vegetarian variety; I favor [these](http://southshorenow.ca/blogs/vegan/wp-content/uploads/2008/04/img_2007_08_02-23_43_45__mg_7017.jpg) spicy little suckers by way of dogs.
