This guy is an idiot, I think. Some guy changed his name legally to “Jack Ass” and is now suing Viacom because the MTV show/movie bearing ‘his’ name is defaming him and his anti-drinking website/message.

I heard this guy on the radio today saying that the financial damages he is asking for are “no less than $10 million” dollars.
Does it get more mundane or pointless than that?

It’s pointless lawsuits like this that keep people who sue fast food places for their obesity from being taken seriously!
