I hope this is a good thread for this. The election for the expelled former Rep Santos’s seat will be on Tuesday. If every other vote remains the same from last time, they only need Steve Scalise (who missed the previous vote for cancer treatment) to show up and vote “yes” for it to pass. One of the Republican no votes was actually a supporter who changed his vote to “no” last minute so that he could later move to reconsider the vote. ---
