I assume he’s meaning heart shaped box, but I have to point out there’s a few nirvana songs that could describe some of these pics. I was going to list some but then I realised that almost every third nirvana song could describe a vagina. ---

Yes, I’ll concede the point about how lots of Nirvana songs could describe some or all of the specimens (some quite hilariously, others more crudely), but Panel5 #15 is _Heart Shaped Box_ incarnate. ---
