Very good…but I am looking forward the day that such notices are no longer necessary because they are too common to make notice of at all. ---

you can graduate the course and not be picked as a green beret but that is not common. ---

Given the way the schools system works for the National Guard she would almost certainly already have a slot sitting in the TX NG detachment of the 19th Special Forces Group. They simply would not have dedicated the huge cost for such a lengthy course from the state schools budget otherwise. ---

I have been in the National Guard, and this is true, but the flipside is that it is harder to get into schools because of this system.
