What did they expect? 😕 OK, the movies were enjoyable but hwaaaay over-hyped. Well, first, since breasts (typically) come in pairs of two, that brings us down to six scenes, of which I recall 2 at the most. There was that one nude chick at the begining of Planet Terror, then the girl on the trampoline. So 2 x 2 = 4 boobs. Wait, didn’t Machete have one or two topless chicks? Okay, 8 boobs. But still fewer than a dozen, unless my count is off. ---

Before the movie, I was looking around at the audience (mostly young males) and saw two women who had to be in their mid-sixties sitting near the back. I remember thinking they were the furthest outside the demographic for that movie I’d ever seen. About halfway through the movie, I noticed they were gone. ---

Well, two of the beasts had breasts, it seems. See, that’s the kind of review I want to _see_ on a grindhouse movie. 🙂 … you know, the Drive-In is opening next week. I have to see if it’s playing Grindhouse. I do hope so. ---

I liked both, I may very well go for another viewing. I loved both of them but I think PT was indeed the better of the 2. it was funny and insanely over the top in all catagories. DP was alot slower but was very sinister once it got going and had the best ending hands down. ---

1&2: Machete’s girls in the hot tub. 3&4: The two Nazi werewolf chicks. (2 beasts, 4 breasts.) 5: The girl strapped to the operating table in the Nazi laboratory. (The scene was badly lit, but you could see them.) 6: the girl on the trampoline in “Thanksgiving”. That makes at least a dozen breasts. I could have sworn that some of the Go-Go dancers in the dressing room scene were topless, but that might have been wishful thinking on my part. I should also add: Knife fu. Gatlin gun fu. Helicopter fu, with multiple decapitations. Heads roll Arms rll. Legs roll. Testicles roll. Lesbianism that’s Necessary To The Plot. Joe Bob sez check it out. ---
