# The Headless Chicken

OK… I was cruising the net tonight… (don’t ask me what I was looking for), and I found a site about “Mike the headless chicken”. Supposedly, some farmer tried to do in his pet chicken for dinner that night, and the chicken survived the experience… rendering him alive, but headless. There’s a scientific explanation of this, but the whole thing seems far fetched. I was just wondering if anybody knew whether Mike really existed.
