Climbing into someone else’s used bathwater would be awful enough even without it being all jizzy.

I can tell you with a high degree of confidence that it’s not always obvious, depending on the size of the hot tub.

I hope it wasn’t in [The Sun.](http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/2525921/Teen-pregnant-after-swimming-in-pool.html)

:dubious:

I recall a similar story several decades ago that prompted **Esquire** magazine to give an Australian swimming pool its “Father of the Year” award.😃

A sperm is probably not going to be able to survive more than a very short time in any kind of chlorinated water, certainly not at 107 F. It’s not going to be able to make it even a few inches, let alone the width of a hot tub.

Well, it might be in 100+ degree water, if the fish in question are pupfish. Those critters can thrive in pretty extreme environments.

(Assuming that the 100+ degrees are degrees Fahrenheit, that is. 100+ degrees Celsius? Forget it. 100+ degrees Kelvin? Only if that’s a very very big +.)

If you’re in 100 degree C water, you’re performing a process known as “cooking.” The X-treme Sports Semen Team is the least of your problems.
