For a similar theme as described by the OP, check out the dark comedy [God Bless America](https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1912398/?ref_=nm_flmg_act_13). Joel Murray (Bill’s brother) decides to take out the most offensive members of society since he’s got no life and may have terminal cancer anyway. His definition of offensive isn’t quite the same as Clinton’s deplorables. Think more along the lines of people who talk in movie theaters, or who pound energy drinks all day, or who use terms like “edgy.” It’s also not about a set hunting ground. He and his sidekick (a high school girl with her own issues) just kind of go off in the world and gun down anyone who pisses them off. It’s really quite good. ---

Been done numerous times. The Ice-T Movie, one by Van Damme, and"The Most Dangerous Game" off the cuff. In the Van Damme movie they used bow and arrows and hunted them down in NYC. If they made it to the river they got to keep a money belt. And yes, in all of them the hunted end up with their revenge. Dennis ---
