What conflicting orders?

answer the question
One officer told her to leave. She tried to leave and then was murdered for it.
Is that on the video? I, too, haven’t watched it.
are you referring to Good’s wife who repeated yelled at her to drive.
No, one agent told her to leave.
Is Good’s wife an officer?
If not, then how could he possibly be referring to her?

“Some of them were leaving, and they just went around her, but ICE gave her orders to leave, while at the same time, another ICE person said, ‘Get out of the car,’ and he reached for her door handle. And then there was an ICE agent in front of her vehicle. So it was difficult for her to leave, as she’d been ordered to do,” Callenson said.
This is always what irks me. In times of active war, military service members could not get away with acting like these buffoons. It was their duty to deescalate every situation, especially with unarmed civilians.
The video you linked to shows an officer telling her to get out of the car.
In this video Her wife can be heard yelling “drive baby drive”.
Which is neither a crime nor a capital crime – neither the yelling nor the driving.
I responded to the evidence that she was told to leave. She was clearly told to get out of the car. The person yelling at her to leave was not an ICE agent. It was her wife.
My statement stands.
While the few things that one could argue are in common between this story and your anecdote are marginally interesting, I think the entire universe of factors that are radically different between the two stories is orders of magnitude more important.

Moderating: This is getting ridiculous. Please repost the video in question and the timestamp of your point. Otherwise you collectively are just wasting everyone else’s time.
And to that point, how can we be certain that it was ICE ordering Good to get out of here and not the residents demanding ICE get out of their neighborhood?
(Which even if it was ICE the usual suspects will assert it was not.)
She couldn’t have been going more than 2 mph at any point. Unless the ICE creep was using a walker, he could easily have gotten away. In any event, the gunshots coming from the side were clearly unnecessary and makes this a murder. It’s been disgusting how the right wing has played this up and made her into an evil caricature.
I would agree that the split-second life or death line is overused and needs to be carefully examined. In the case of George Floyd, for example, it’s hard to see how 9 1/2 minutes can be called a split second. We need the police but, they need competent and independent oversight.
