These are not ordinary times and honestly, even if someone does survive to get hauled into a Federal court the guardrails that ensure justice are gone, all the way up from the ICE goon on the street to SCOTUS. Jury nullification is left but if that starts happening too often the defendant will just get rearrested on some trumped up (word choice deliberate) charge before they can leave the courthouse. It’s already happening with people being snatched at mandated immigration hearings then ‘disappeared.’ ---

Isn’t the video better evidence that she was shot from the side? That wound is not inconsistent with a shot from in front of the car if her head was turned. ---
