Between the weather changing and not taking St Johns Wort a couple of days, Iā€™ve been feeling pretty down. Iā€™m doing better today. And last night I finished writing the preview issue for the comic I want to make. ---

**CatDude**! I was thinking about you this morning! Because of a major road being [temporarily impassible](http://s72.photobucket.com/albums/i178/fairychatmom/?action=view¤t=234washout.jpg), some buses in the adjacent county were being rerouted. I got to thinking ā€œThatā€™s the kind of stuff \*\*CatDude \*\*deals withā€¦ā€ or dealt with. Last load is on the line. Dishwasher is washing dishes. I even cleaned out the freezer a bit and got rid of a nearly-empty container of chocolate fudge brownie ice cream. šŸ˜ƒ Iā€™m such a dedicated homemaker!! I really should sort all these papers accumulating on my desk. Shouldnā€™t I?? šŸ˜• ---

Blurf doesnā€™t even begin to cover it. I had a lot of trouble sleeping last night. Insomnia followed by very strange dreams. I donā€™t have motivation to do anything right now. **Nava** Absolutely he wants us to talk too. The whole class is filled with him reading an explanation from the textbook followed by 10-20 minutes of him asking us questions in Spanish and us answering them in Spanish. Then we move on to the next explanation. ---

Afternoon all! After spending Monday and Tuesday this week driving around North Texas and into Louisiana I got home and crashed at 8PM last night. **mr ems** is loving being married to me - I am either sleeping or gone. Urgh :rolleyes: Anyway - back on topic for a micro second my weekend was filled with movies, farmers markets and cleaning and cooking. **rebo** glad things worked out on the fire. I have work friends in Houston who say it was pretty bad. Someone mentioned hatch chilisā€¦this weekend we charred some on the grill then I removed the skins (scrubbed hands many many times) then joozed them in the food processor and stirred them into polenta with cheese this weekend. Made a delicious side dish. Spicy as all get out this batch was so the cheese/polenta diluted it down a bit. Happy Wednesday everyone! ---

Overly stressed right now. Nothingā€™s really wrong, I just have more anxiety than is really warranted by a work situation that is really quite good. I just canā€™t shake the stress. ā˜¹ I am seeing a therapist who was supposed to refer me to a psychiatrist, who could prescribe meds if needed, but I havenā€™t heard from their office to set up an appointment. I think I need it. And the above is causing me to not be able to focus on work very well. Iā€™m quite distracted by Smitten Kitchenā€™s recipes. I think I need to make all of them. ---

Howdy Yā€™all! Fun day at irk. Really. Spent most of it makinā€™ home visits. Not only that, not a single place I visited today made me want to go take a hour long shower afterwards. šŸ˜ƒ Dindin tonight is grilled ham and pimento cheese sammiches and chips. Iā€™m makinā€™ the pimento cheese so itā€™s kinda like cookinā€™. Well, it is made from scratch so that counts. Does too! ---

Made from scratch? You milked the cows and made the cheese?? šŸ˜› **FCD** ā€™s presentation was canceled and he came home and crashed. Heā€™s not hungry, so Iā€™m having a sammich. Then back to knitting. Laundry is all in and folded/hung/put away as applicable. I shall chill for the rest of the evening. Wonder if the hot fudge sundae fairy might stop by?? ---

When last heard from, I was working a job I didnā€™t really want, but was a stop gap while I waited for the one I really wanted. last week, Thursday, I separated from the crap job - more or less mutually. They sucked, I told them so, they said so what are you doing here, I said good point, and we said good bye. About an hour ago, I got the offer I was waiting for and I start on the 28th. At about $15K over what I made six months ago. Yay! ---

YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY **CatDude**!!! WOOHOO!!! **MOOOOOOM** not only that but I planted, harvested, roasted and peeled the pimentos! šŸ˜› Home from Evening Prayer and Charlesā€™s visitation. Buncha a folk at the visitation which is no surprise. He taught music in the local school system for many years as well as beinā€™ choir director for several area churches. Plus he was big in the community chorale, orchestra and with barbershop quartet. He founded ā€œThe Shamrocksā€ our church barbershop quartet even. Bet thereā€™ll be SRO at the funeral tomorrow.
