# The Insomniac MMP!

Attention family and friends of mine living west of the Appalachian mountains: Should you decide that it is time to toss off your mortal coil and reasonably expect me to attend your funeral: Please discuss the idea with your Diety of Conscience scheduling your departure for the Afterlife to the winter months. That is the only time of the year that Every. Damned. Mile. Of. Every. Damned. Interstate. in the State of Ohio _IS NOT_ under construction. :mad:

No; at that point Ohio and Western PA is under 3 inches of ice and a variable amount of snow that is replaced every couple of days by a short thaw thus creating a new bumper crop of potholes to necessitate yet another round of road construction and repair. That stuff ain’t fun driving either.

It’s an evil circle but it keeps a lot of people employed by our respective DOTs.

(And actually 70 wasn’t as bad this weekend as usual. Although I heard 80 and 90 were both ---- interesting.)
