What happened to this? I keyed in the web address Cecil gave in _The Straight Dope Tells All,_ that is, [http://www.pcnet.com/~stenor/oracle/](http://www.pcnet.com/~stenor/oracle/) . A message came on the screen saying “URL Not Found.” What’s the deal?
