Wasn’t sure which forum was appropriate for this question, but here goes: I watched the recent Vince Vaughn/Owen Wilson flick [The Internship](http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2234155/?ref_=nm_flmg_act_13) the other night and one scene struck me as disingenuous. It’s the scene where the different intern teams are doing the helpdesk challenge at Google Headquarters. From what I understand, Google doesn’t offer ANY live tech support for any of their products. They are notoriously unreachable for the average end-user with a tech issue. Is that accurate or am I completely wrong about that?
