I prefer to look at the positive effects of procrastination. For example, it saves me from having to think up an example, at least until tomorrow. Cheers! ---

No, it’s true. I have this list of things I’m gonna do. Not really a list, was gonna do that later. More a bunch of stuff I thought about doing. No. Didn’t really think about doing 'em. Thought how nice it would be if they were done … how did my underwear become an ant farm?! ---

I find that an essential part of maintaining productivity, for me, is effective procrastination. No, seriously. If I get down to brass tacks right away, I’m miserable and easily distracted. But if I can figure out exactly how long I can procrastinate for, when I finally get around to it, I’m relaxed and guilt-free. I’ve never had a deadline problem since I started working like this. ---
