I’m probably jumping the gun, but I’ve never started one of these before. (And I’m anxious for the year to be over.) I think 2020 was my fault. Last year, I forgot – for the first time – to make black-eyed peas, and collard greens, for New Year’s Day. I’m sorry. ☹ ---
