Some jobs never really pay enough; being an IT administrator and taking shit from random people on a regular basis due to problems with buggy software one can’t fix is one of them. I’m in awe. I’ve been on the testing end of similar efforts where we had the luxury of doing full-scale QA and user-acceptance before moving to production. And it was a PAIN. Having to go through that pain in public with a whole bunch of people watching and being able to comment would be _excruciatingly_ painful. Having all the threads restored AND having longish spurts of decent performance at this point is way more than I expected. A whole bunch more cheers for **Jerry**! GT ---

Is it again any NDA or copyright law if Jerry posts the offending code snippet on the forum? There’s quite a number of PHP and SQL gurus on the board and maybe together we can fight Server Destabilizing Queries together! ---

Thank you very much. I truly appreciate this thread. Let me share some of my own thoughts. Nothing reflects more highly on the goodness of all of your natures than to see during times of personal inconvenience you have kind words for a stranger instead of complaints.
