Sample the vodka to check for tonsisticity. Next, sift two cups of salt. Or something. Who giveshz a poo. Check the vodka. Now shift the lemon juice and strain your nuts. Add one table. Add a spoon of sugar, or somefink. Whatever you can find. Greash the oven and piss in the fridge. Turn the cake tin 360 degrees and try not to fall over. Don’t forget to beat off the turner. Finally, throw the bowl through the window, finish the vodka and kick the cat. Fall into bed. CHERRY MISTMAS! ---

::sigh:: I just read on fb that one of my great aunts died. She had to be close to 90. She was someone special and she always seemed ageless and tireless. She took in foster children for years, some who came to her from abusive homes. She was a fearless lady too, she was in her late 70s when she went paragliding in the alps. How cool is that? She is going to be missed by a lot of people. I don’t know if my mother knows yet, she’s out of town. She is going to take this hard. ---

What a fucking week. Saturday morning a friend of mine alerted me to the fact his car had been broken into. I happened to have [caught it on my security cameras](http://youtu.be/1rRdT3NkXKU), so I spent the morning before work yesterday getting the video together for the police to look at. Then, just a half hour before I went to work they discovered a house they own across the street from me had been broken into. It wasn’t until early this morning that I discovered I had video of that too. [I just started a thread asking people](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=690140) to help [identify the car used](http://youtu.be/8yWnzIo9Xto). I spent my day off repairing their door, installing a new deadbolt, installing a new light, installing new cameras and editing evidence for the police. I be tired. See y’all next week. ---

Mrs. Plant (v.3.0) must be at work at midnight to conduct inventory in her Dark, Satanic Mill. We have had the weekend off together, a rare event. I had planned satay chicken, she asked me to tempura it instead of grilling. It was very good. The nefarious older tree guy showed up with minions late this afternoon while she was asleep, and I told them to go away and not come back; it has been a week, and I can cut up the remaining trunk and we can wheel barrow it to the street for the city to pick up. Tree Guys have torn up my back yard, tried to steal my saw, stole my chain saw file and generally been a nuisance to save us $300.00 to cut down a tree. I must water the remaining two this Summer. I blame Climate Change. 🙂 I spent the last $100.00 I didn’t have to pay them on a reef light for the 50 or 100 gallon reef tank. Mrs. Plant (v.3.0) wants to have corals. I rubbed her feet with baby oil, and scratched them with a rough towel. I held her until she went to sleep. She will awaken when I go to sleep, and arrive home when I begin work in the morning. Dammit. ---

We have the MMP, where the cool people of the SDMB post, but the coolest of the cool post in last week’s MMP! My back hurts like hell.
