TMI warning. So I have this little skin tag on my forehead. Which is a really annoying place for one. If feels like mostly dead skin. I shouldn’t talk about it in the present tense. Because I looked at a pair of scissors this evening and thought “I bet I could cut this off with no big deal.” Long story short: Yes, you can cut off a small skin tag with a pair of scissors. The pain is momentary and minor. But that dead skin appearance is deceptive. It turns out there’s a lot of blood in one of those things. I had blood literally running down my face. I had to take a shower after I finally got it stopped. ---

**Plant** has a heart which i knew. **Wiki** Not only are these guys endangered but we lost roughly 10% due to New World Screw worm since last fall. I think it is controlled now. Will someome please link to Wiki about Key Deer. Forgot how. This is a big deal and one strange/bizarre SMH forever in my life. Once it was confirmed NWSW was killing our deer Biologists from every wildlife sanctuary in this part of the country decended and they set up a Veterinary check area for any domestic animals. The reason the deer were most impacted was they were in rut and fighting causing wounds. I think the final count of sterile NWSW released was either 23 or 43 million. Finally when we had all that help and human interaction is discouraged the Biologist built feeding stations making a wooden rectangulaar box on legs, attached a piece of PVC Pipe on each side and took paint rollers dipped in Ivermectin and put minimal food in them. While eating the paint roller would rub under their necks. Now, where in the hell does one get sterile female NWS flies! From Panama. The wildlife people actually built a couple pens of last resort in the middle of two islands. One was mine. This was to save the species. **Sari** please google Key Deer and post a link for me. Screwworm can devastate the cattle industry thus the Vet check. Last I heard there was 1 cat, 2 dogs and two potbelly pigs beside the almost 200 deer we lost. We Love Our Key Deer. These two will serve very long sentences, unless they are in general pop at the local jail which has the only petting zoo/farm anywhere. Sorry for being so passionate about this and boring youse. I want and will go to their arraignment probably in Fed court. ---

And this is why DIY Home Surgery isn’t necessarily a good idea. :eek::eek::eek::eek: Altho it sounds like something my spousal unit would try. ick. Idiot Higgs started barking around 4:45 - I suspect she didn’t get let out to pee before bed, because she went out immediately instead of chasing cats. She’s been fed, I’ve had a bagel, and I’m caffeinating. No sense in trying to go back to sleep, because I won’t be able to. So I’m up. I’ve got to wash the dog’s bedding, and if weather permits, I’ll hang it out to dry. Otherwise, I’ll allow it to clog my dryer’s lint filter with hair. 😃 Other events for the day will include moving a couple more storage boxes to the shed, and maybe cleaning off this desk. Plus my new thermometer arrived in yesterday’s mail and I need to find a place to mount the remote sensor - away from the house but in the shade. I’m thinking maybe on the side of the garden shed since it doesn’t get direct sun. I’ve also got to start sorting and counting punkin’ hairpieces so I can keep track, and I need to try another mohawk because my first attempt was pretty sad. As you can see, I have an exciting day ahead! Happy Tuesday, world, and Happy Independence Day, America! ---

Good morning, everyone! My condolences to **Rio** and **Rockin’**. **Doggie** , did you post a picture of your car somewhere? If so, I missed it. Well, RT is home and we were headed north to run some errands and pick up my race packet and lol and behold I get a text from my mom saying that my stepsons are at our house. We were expecting them today instead of yesterday. It was a nice surprise. We went to see Despicable Me. Our town has a cute little two screen theater that we can walk to and it’s very affordable. ---
