We had enough big booms between 2am and 8am that most of my sleep was from 10am-2pm. I was not terribly happy about it all. But then again, since the ambulance needed to respond (I heard the sirens) after the one, I was not totally unhappy either. ---

Good Mornin’ Y’all! Up and caffeinatin’. _YAWN_ ‘Tis 75 Amurrkin out and clear with a predicted high of 95 and N.O.S. for the day with no doubt a heat index over a hunnert. Today’s big plan is to go to the Pubic Sto’ for some foodstuffs. I shall put the hunk o’ beast in the slow cooker in a bit. I have some carrots and N.O.T. to throw in later. I have a kinda gnawin’ and a cravin’ for Summer squish and asparagus so I think I’ll get some at the sto’ and roast 'em for dindin. I foresee some quality cee-mint pond time as well this afternoon. **{{{[color=red]red[/color}}}** ICK! Hope you feel better today. **Butters** I’ll be sure to tell my great grandfather you think he’s hawt next time I visit the cemetery. 😃 Now I need more caffeine and rumbly tummy demands sustenance. Nationals’ game was rained out last night - we tuned in and the downpour was most impressive. Our area might get a little rain today, but closer to DC, they’re issuing flood warnings, or watches, or whatever they call the alerts. \*\*FCD \*\*has taken the rest of the week off since his boss is off and he has nothing to do. Literally - the project he was on has been pulled. So he’s been futzing in the basement, getting his shop in order. As for the wigs, I don’t judge - male, female, undecided - all punkins are entitled to a special look. 😃 Happy Thursday!! ---

Happy Thorsday! It looks to be another cloudy day. I’m ready to kill a cat. He would not let me sleep last night, all night long it was pet me pet me pet me, play with me, meow meow meow, play with me some more, well if you aren’t going to listen I’ll just jump up on your pillow and pat you with claws extended to get your attention. Now that I am up he is sleeping. He’s lucky his toys are out of my reach and I’m too tired to get up and get them. I’d love to annoy the hell out of him for a while. He also chewed on the cover of my cell phone. I can’t take a nap after irk because we have to go get groceries then. I need to get my gutters looked at. We had a good hard rain yesterday and I noticed that water is shooting out from between the joints of the downspout. Too bad stealing key deer isn’t a capital crime, they for sure would never do it again. ---
