The man most known for being the guy in the Godzilla suit was Haruo Nakajima, and his last time in the role was \* _Godzilla vs. Gigan_\*(1972), so there is a good starting place. ---

The wikipedia page for Godzilla: Final Wars talks about using practical effects instead of CGI so that puts it out to at least 2004. ---

Not Godzilla himself, but this is a kinda cute and neat video in Japanese about Baragon and the suit actress. Not only is there some behind the scenes and shots of them filming, but the actress will roar and that is (IMO) super cute.
