# The Last Presidential Motorcade?

Did the JFK incident put an end to such motorcade precessions? I am not counting short motorcades in DC - such as when Bush II was sworn in, IIRC. Is this correct? - Jinx

No, there are presidentail motorcades all the time, all over the place.

But they don’t do it in a convertible anymore.
