Agree, but smoking in enclosed spaces with other people present should be illegal - second hand smoke. Smoking in NYC offices was banned back in the late 80’s and it was a remarkable improvement, IMO. I’m generally not in favor of banning smoking in outdoor public spaces, but people who do so, even though others object, are assholes. ---
