Problem is, since Good Eats is now off the air, I don’t really see any good reason to watch that network. And is that not the ultimate insult: not caring enough to watch? ---

My wife and I are big fans of the restaurant undercover show. I lose my shit every time they cut to a talking head bit with the host. For some reason he’s in a darkened office with bookcases behind him. His New York accent makes him seem like the skeeziest bus stop advertising lawyer around. “I can’t buhleave they let a waitress tawk to a customer like dat. IRS coming after you for back taxes? You bettah know yawr rights! Call me at …” ---
