Amazing how dumping what seems like a significant amount of money on a show can save you money over gambling.

I’m glad you enjoyed it. It was pretty cool.

I saw it last week at Mandalay Bay while I was in Vegas, and I really enjoyed it too. The costumes and props were great, and the singing was pretty impressive. The emotional connection between the actors playing Mufasa and Simba was wonderful.

LION KING is one of the shows where you see every penny on the stage.

I had the song They Live in You played at my mother’s funeral. It’s my official “Genealogy” song. ([Vegas version](http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0437489/)- unfortunately the bootlegger was seated near a cougher.)

The reprise in which Mufasa’s face comes together is also awesome. [(Hard to see it happen in this but still clear](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nwTgz1CBq5Q&feature=related).)
