I just opened my diet pepsi bottle and got a “buy dew or pepsi 20oz get one free”

Earlier, on the bus, I sat in front of a beautiful giggling baby.

And on my next bus, I sat right behind someone with an absolutely gorgeous hairdo and a jacket I loved.

my mom paid me back $10 of the money I lent her. I never expected to see a cent of it.

My best friend is giving her baby a name that I suggested.

I love unexpected phone calls from my daughter - like today.

Or when my husband does the dishes.

Or when the cat doesn’t puke on the carpet.

My son, who was a lackadaisical student in high school, told me today that he’s probably going to make the dean’s list in this, his first semester in college.

I got to hold a beautiful baby today.

My husband cooked dinner tonight.

We got invited to a party.

I got a Christmas card from a London actress whom I admire. I’ve met her twice, but I didn’t think she’d remember me.

I ordered a very nice sweater that was on sale at Land’s End.

All in all, it’s been a good day.

Mom called and we didn’t fight at all. Had some laughs and gossip. Made the bus ride to my car faster.

Got out early in all my classes today. Nice not having to hurry to the next one, especially in this weather.

Had time in the morning to mess around on the net before I had to get ready. I need that ‘be lazy’ time.

Roommate is at work so can study without TV blaring in the other room.

Remembered to buy cigarettes and Excedrin Migraine, haha.
