# The log out function seems to have stopped working

No, it’s not just you.

But honestly, which functions still DO work? Search? I can’t even remember when it functioned correctly. New Posts? Sorta kinda, but not accurately or reliably. Some days I have to click on things twice just so they’ll work at all! More often it runs so glacial slow as to be beyond frustrating.

The software is archaic, the hamsters are geriatric and the drive to fix any of it, non existent so far as I can tell.

Saddest of all, I am neither surprised nor anticipating any improvement. Most people like me, I think, can’t be arsed to even report/complain any more. Why would anyone bother?

I don’t believe I’ve ever attempted to log out. Is there a reason/benefit, other than a shared computer?

Do you see a dialog box asking you to confirm logout? If not, your browser settings may be blocking it.

Cookies might be corrupted. You should try clearing your cache and letting the system set a new cookie on your computer. That usually fixes this problem.

You can still check in anytime you’d like, though.
