Just wanted to highlight for any interested readers the excellent episode “[Galileo Was Right](http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1380406/)” from the outstanding HBO miniseries\* From the Earth to the Moon\*, which focused on how NASA trained its lunar astronauts to conduct geology on the Moon.

Huh, that paper cut out the funniest line from the [online column](http://www.straightdope.com/columns/read/2876/did-astronauts-train-in-ecological-wastelands-on-earth-to-get-used-to-the-barren-moon):

To be fair, I don’t think the Moon is nearly as humid as Houston. But I might be willing to deal with highs of 240 degrees in exchange for a dry heat.
