Count me in for a huge Duck Soup Fan. I always hated the romance stories which just grate on my nerves.
My wife is slowly being a fan and is one of teh few people I know how braeks up laughing during a Chico piano piece. She plays and thinks his style and choice of music is just brilliantly funny.
Joe Adamson’s wonderful book about the Marx movies is already titled Groucho, Harpo, Chico and sometimes Zeppo.*
All Marxists should read it, if they’ve somehow missed it.
*Interestingly, my spell checker passed Groucho, Harpo and Chico, but stopped on Zeppo. Poor guy. At least he wasn’t Manfred.
