# The Masked Singer

I must be the only one who actually loves this show. This season I realized that I had to stay off the threads to avoid spoilers. I think they do an excellent job of getting a variety of contestants. You are never going to have a group of celebrities that everybody knows but they have some older and some younger ones, some known for singing and some not and I think it is amazing when an NBA player can outlast Patty LaBelle. The only problem was having two Cheetah girls ( I don’t know the group although I do know Raven-Simone). I am the world’s worst guesser. The only ones I knew were Johnny Weir (who could not disguise himself ever) and Laila Ali who I knew from the clues and who has a distinctive voice. I also get sucked in by the stories. I always think of Wayne Brady as a comedian who can sing and I can see what it meant to be judged on his voice alone. I also watched AI and knew Daughtry had a great voice but I still think of him as a rocker and was blown away by his vocals.  
Anyway, Beck, in case you missed it, the next season starts right after the Super Bowl so you only have to wait a little over a month for Season 3.

I love this show except for Jenny McCarthy. I’m glad Wayne won, though I would not have been sad if Chris had; dude can sing.

Also, I think the guys in black glasses are a hoot.
