# The Mass. Goodridge decision was not judical activism.

What?

You said I never gave a definition. I linked you to a post where I gave a definition.

There are plenty of examples of that definition in action. _Lochner v. New York_… “freedom to contract” is a constitutional right, and it prevents New York from setting, by law, a maximum number of hours per day that an employee may be forced to work. I believe that case is also mentioned in the thread containing the post I linked to above.

So what are you saying I haven’t done?
