Happy Thorsday! It’s getting hot outside. I sat out for a while in the sun because I think that is good for an infected ear. Slow day today, just irk anss more irk to make up for not irking yesterday. Thank y’all for the hugs. I’m bummed but ready to move on to the next one. I’ll be going out Toosday and I’m checking online to see what I want to see. I have no enthusiasm for it though. One the plus side this realtor has a good idea of what I am looking for and as she is showing houses to other people she is making a note of the ones she thinks I’ll like. Unfortunately for me, Hagerstown is booming and houses are selling quick unless there is something wrong with them. My second choice house that I kept going back to has a contract on it. I’m also pissed that the inspection took so long, had I known this sooner I could already have something else under contract. I hope **FCD** feels better soon. Good luck **Rockin** and **Sticky** **Swampy** if you can’t be good then at least have fun. I have decided I am not worrying about a thing today. Just irk and I have to sign some papers and that is all I’m gonna do. I have some other paper crap that needs to be done and some decisions to make but that is more than I want to do today. ---

> [@swampbear](#): > > I’ll have some of whatever **Sean** is havin’. It appears to induce much happiness. 😃
Sean, pass what every you’re smoking this way.
Trying out my old “Power Of Positive Thinking” books-on-tape yesterday. It didn’t work. Sorry to hear about the house, **Sari** But it’s damn good you found all of this out now instead of after moving in. And what your inspector said about people renovating bad properties, from what I understand it’s done more by flippers who either don’t know enough or don’t really care enough. They’re just out to make a quick buck. ---

I ran into an old friend in the bus today. He gave me a bus ticket he had no use for. I didn’t really have a use for it either, so I folded it up and made a boat out of it. 🙂 ---

Howdy from da cave! Burger won out for dindin. I went by Hardee’s and got a bacon thick burger, fries and a drink. 'Twas good but I may regret it in a bit. Supper was good, but I had a major brain fart. I took a pan off the stove and forgot to turn off the burner. Then I pulled the poke chops out of the oven and put the baking sheet right on top of the burner. Dammit. When it all cools, we’ll see what happens. Dammit. I hate when I do that. At least I didn’t put the glass baking dish there. ---
