I always thought it sort of degrading, but after a few years of cohabitating, my ex-GF (four GFs ago) asked me to ejaculate all over her. I thought it was a little weird, and associated it with porn (which she HATED!!), and never got the purpose of the money shot, other than demonstrating that a part of the sex on film was real (ie, that the performers were actually excitied, and not just faking being excited), so we did it a few times.
