This is pretty standard from the network that previously brought us the laughable [alien autopsy “documentary”](http://www.straightdope.com/columns/read/967/did-a-flying-saucer-crash-near-roswell-new-mexico-in-the-1940s), and which then went on to spread absolutely flabbergasting lies about 9/11, Iraq, and WMDs. ---

The moon lander deniers always are good for a laugh. I think this idea was given some impetus by the old James Bond movie “Diamonds Are Forever”-in which Jimmy Dean played the eccentric Willard White (caricature of Howard Hughes). The scene where Bond wreaks havoc with the moon car is hilarious! ---
