That doesn’t mean the Elven race, collectively, is liable, any more than, say, Americans, collectively, are responsible for the Iraq War, or Jersey Shore.

This thread was left in Great Debates on the grounds that it was going to use a hypothetical to debate various issues of ethics and morailty.
