Not quite; I have only rejected the specific claims that the burdens associated with getting a photo ID are too onerous to be accepted.

What about Hasen’s proposals, then? Costs tax dollars, but takes the burdens off all voters.

No objections – of course, I’d want to be able to withdraw this approval if someone points out a large cost that escaped my notice, but as a general set of guiding principles, I think he’s on reasonably solid ground.
