Nowadays, the weaponized ignorance is coming from Trump and the Republicans, so it is normal that a lot is geared towards them in the current year, but even in the current year I have not done just that. So thank you at least for demonstrating to all how your blinders are set. ---

Or even Obama’s relative inability to do much about it, the failure of the 2009 Copenhagen climate talks, or the relative weakness of the Paris accord, because almost no government has the guts to take a stand and actually commit to decisive action? Would that be the kind of “powerful interests” you’re talking about? Which are all scared shitless to do anything because every fossil fuel interest on earth, every heavy industry and most of the others too, have politicians bought and paid for who know which side their bread is buttered on, and half the public is against climate action because they’ve been brainwashed by the most extensive saturation lobbying in the history of underhanded PR. Yeah, I think the problem is you’re fucking delusional. ---
