Kerry can be the most liberal and a flip-flopper. Consider the possibility that he votes liberal 60% of the time and flip-flops on the other 40% of the issues. There you have it, a genuine liberal flip-flopper. I’m not saying I subscribe to that view; just that it’s possible scenario.
It’s not going to affect my vote. I’m voting straight Democratic party to show how vehemently opposed I am to the current administration.
OK, sorry I misread your post. I agree that the term 'flip-flopper" is virtually impossible to prove or disprove and is not particularly enlightening in this campaign, but it does work.
