Rustic and Curtis are anagrams. Somehow I discovered that back in the 1990’s. Since then everytime I hear either word this fact pops in my head. ---

In Horley, Surrey, there’s a crossroads which has a pedestrian crossing diagonally across it. And platform 13 on Clapham Junction station is very, _very_ cold in the winter. j ---

In the Inwood section of NYC, there’s an intersection between two streets… Seaman and Cumming. I used to work with a lady who grew up in Inwood, who had a VERY juvenile sense of humor. ---

A friend at the pool is visiting the new grandkid this week. The friend doesn’t think much of the kid’s first name but approves of the middle name. It’s a family name that is also shared by the kid’s great aunt who is a major _NYT_ bestselling author. Sure it doesn’t involve me yet I like these sort of things. Other people? Not so much. ---

In Manhattan 4th intersects 12th street (and several others). When Jim Bunning got his 27th consecutive out on June 21, 1964, his wife jumped out of the stands to congratulate him (I was there). ---
