I vaguely recall I had some sort of WWI dogfight game as a kid. Wow, that was so long ago I’d completely forgotten it. You’d do barrell rolls and loop the loops to get behind your opponent. Anyone else know what that might have been called? As for **Trevor Howard** , the name sounds vaguely familiar, is he one of those guys who’s in a lot of Merchant and Ivory stuff? If so, then I’ll just toss out _Gosforth Park_ on the off chance he was a butler or something in that… ---

But now that I’ve checked on IMDB I’ve seen this guy in a lot of films; to me the most notable has to do with some guys who end up on an island in the Pacific. ---

Nope – that’s no good, since he died in '88. 😛 Which I discovered when I confirmed a fading memory that he played Bligh in **Mutiny on the Bounty**. ---

Good bluff – well, okay bluff. He died in '88. I’ll ignore his best-known film, another possibly ugly cul-de-sac, in favor of _Mutiny on the Bounty_. Which has an obvious open move. Finally. ---
