Don’cha think [Michael Clarke Duncan](http://www.dionsocia.homestead.com/files/MICHAEL_DUNCAN.jpg) would make a good Herman?

I’m also thinking Halle Berry as Lilly.

I would say Aires Spears as Grampa… but I think he’d make a better Uncle Fester.
