He’s pretty quick-witted. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re all pretty skilled at improv. And you don’t play the same character for years without being able to hold a conversation in-character. So, like I said, probably like all the other celebrity interviews, partially scripted, but not fully. ---

Of course Muppets are real, **Gorgon Heap** has been a member here for quite some time. He just doesn’t flash his status around so he can post like any other normal Muppet. 😛 ---

I think the interviews with Kermit and Piggy are a riot. THey’re often very adult and clever. Piggy was talking to Al Roker about getting her stomach “welded” on Thanksgiving. I like living in a world where popular puppets get some time on the nightly news. God people, can’t we just have a little bit of fun and goofiness in our lives? Interestingly, as far back as when Jim Henson was Kermit, there would be interviewers who would point the hand microphone to Kermit’s mouth and had to be gently redirected so that the conversation could be recorded. ---
