No sticky utensils. I’m positive I bought it because there was enough left in the jar for one piece of bread. He really is doing something with it. I thought he was eating it but now I’m not so sure. Thanks to you guys, I don’t think I’ll ever look at Jam (or olive oil) the same way again. It’s not just the jam though. He eats anything (except Pringles). No food is safe in our house. In the two months he’s lived here, I estimate we’ve bought about $1000 worth of food. That would have supplied us with food for 6 months before he came along. To make matters worse, the jerk doesn’t even have the decency to gain weight. You’d think that anyone who ate that much would be huge but he doesn’t change. I think about food and I gain weight. I hate him, I really do. ---

Do you think he could be doing some kind of speed? Has he been checked for tapeworms? ☹ That’s a lot of food! Kick him out? ---

Is it possible the guy has developed an eating disorder? He must be under a fair amount of stress considering his personal life, and he’s consuming large amounts of food (and hi carb junky ones) with no weight gain - just a thought. ---

As much as I’d love to kick him out, I can’t bring myself to do it. He doesn’t have anywhere else to go. I do think stress and anxiety are helping him to keep the weight off. I’d love to make him help pay for the food but I’d rather have him save the money so he can get his own place.
