Okay, I’m game for that. How similar were the crimes committed? I mean besides the obvious bit about someone getting killed.

Being 11 times more prevalent is certainly indicative of some institutionalized bias, be it the judges, prosecutors, or jury. Asking for individual circumstances? I think that that is a little too picky and also impossible to come up with in these circumstances.
