It’s not really a cash discount. It’s a credit card surcharge.

Which isn’t permitted by the credit card companies, so it’s a cash discount.

Actually, loose… well, a tightly folded Wad O’ Bills shoved deeply into a zippered front pocket.  
Hmmm, I don’t think I wear any pants with only four pockets. Even have a dressier pair with a subtle zipper pocket along the seam…
