I teach at a college and you would think I could smell it everywhere.
Yet, can’t remember the last time I smelled it - anywhere!
Geez - and back in the “old days” it would have been in my own room…
And the next time I smoke MJ will be the first time in about 20 years. Maybe I should visit Amsterdam.

After many years of constant use, I haven’t been smoking recently, and I am surprised how often I smell it now as I go around town. I almost always smell it as I walk the dog, and if I go down to Hollywood it is all over the place.
The last time that I smelled it was when I visited my son at his last apartment. He blamed his roommates, but I’m sure he’s not completely innocent. It’s pretty common around people his age (20) but not with the people I associate with from day to day.

I’m on a work trip in Yemen and I’d be very surprised to smell it here (I see qat use every day, though). On my block in DC, it’s not uncommon to smell it.
