OK, that was hilarious. After one or two, I’d have thought it just coincidence, but they just keep coming. And he had to work really hard to fit a few of those in there without making it look like he was working hard for them. ---

I’m sitting here trying to think what else they could have shoehorned in there without having to stretch the joke too far… Discussion of a team’s assets. Brute squad reference. “Tear his arms off.” “Rush a miracle man, you get rotten miracles.” For the biggest blooper of the night, call it “humiliations galore.” Then threaten to send the player back to be unemployed in Greenland. “The battle of wits has begun.” “I myself am often surprised at life’s little quirks.” Hrmmf. Now I want to watch that movie again. ---
